. Herbs 2 it gets rid of the extra water from your system so your body wont store water and make water gain.

- How do you prepare it?
.you take a table spoon and you put in a 8 oz cup and you put hot water in it, you can cover it untill it cool down then mix it with the spoon again beacuse everything will be at the bottom of the cup, then drink it.
